What does the Duchenne Campaign Iran (UK based) hope to achieve?

• To secure an ongoing partnership with the Iran’s Children Charity and work with them to raise awareness of children in need in Iran 
• To find a wider audience for Sohrab Kavir’s film with the aim of securing international donations to support DMD children in need in Iran
• To liaise with UK DMD charities, Health Professionals and Medical Experts to source existing high quality information and presentations relating to DMD that can be translated into Farsi with the permission of the authors
• To approach UK companies who manufacture specialist equipment such as postural orthotics, respirators and specialised wheelchairs to advise and possibly donate equipment for Iranian Children Iran via a partnership with Iran’s Children Charity
